This is something i designed for a friend of mine [www.baggabownz.com] it's for a kindof festival where DJ's rappers, breakdancers, streetdancers and muchmuch more will proove their talents.

Not reallt my style, but I suppose you already knew that 
haven't I seen the 2dapoint logo somewhere before?
Anyway, I agree with ~brooske , place 2 B --> place to be
And ow yeah, pretty sure this is a 2-sided flyer? Then I would center the 2dapoint logo, cause you have kind of a space there.
And as for the rest, nothing but happy thoughts
